Job summary

Amedisys is seeking a Speech Pathologist (PRN days) to provide adult home health evaluations and treatments in the Bloomington area. The role focuses on preventing and treating speech, language, social communication, cognitive and swallowing disorders in adults at patients' homes.

The position offers a pay range of $53–$66 per hour and includes benefits such as medical plans, PTO, wellness rewards, and counseling support.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered SLP license for the assigned state.
• CCC-SLP certification with CFY pathway if not yet obtained.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Prevent, assess, diagnose and treat speech, language, social and cognitive communication and swallowing disorders in adults.
• Provide aural rehabilitation and AAC systems for deaf or hard of hearing individuals.
• Other duties as assigned.
