Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology; Bachelor's preferred.
• American Speech-Language-Hearing Association membership preferred.
• Licensed or registered by the State, if required.
• At least one year of institutional experience.
• At least 2 years of home health experience and one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates client level of functioning and hearing.
• Provides comprehensive assessments for client's needs.
• Establishes and revises treatment plans with physician.
• Communicates with team members on speech pathology techniques.
• Participates in discharge planning activities.
