A List Therapy Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for home health. You’ll evaluate and treat patients in their homes, build treatment plans, and manage visits according to your schedule, providing care on your terms.

This independent contractor role offers $100–$120 per completed visit, a $500 sign-on bonus, and a $250 referral bonus, with flexible scheduling and strong referral opportunities across Southern California.

Qualifications

• Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are necessary.
• Professional and responsive communication required.
• Ability to provide services as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in their homes for speech, language, cognition, voice and swallowing needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and provide caregiver education.
• Complete required visit documentation.

What You’ll Do
