Job summary

A List Therapy Group in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our home health network. You will evaluate and treat patients in their homes, build treatment plans, and manage documentation, all on your own schedule.

As a therapist-owned organization, we provide strong referral density across Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties, plus a digital workflow and administrative support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Professional and responsive communication.
• Ability to provide services as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in their homes for speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing needs.
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans and provide patient and caregiver education.
• Complete required visit documentation.
• Coordinate with referral network and scheduling as needed.
