Job summary

A List Therapy Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for home health in Southern California. You will evaluate and treat patients in their homes, developing personalized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing abilities while coordinating care with referral partners.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform speech-language pathology evaluations, reassessments, treatments, and discharges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Provide therapy for aphasia, dysarthria, dysphagia, and related conditions.
• Help patients improve memory, attention, problem-solving, and functional communication.
• Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation.

What You'll Do:
