Job summary

A List Therapy Group, one of Southern California's leading therapist-owned home health therapy networks, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for home health. You will evaluate, treat, and discharge patients in their homes, developing individualized plans to improve communication and swallowing abilities.

This independent contractor role offers competitive per-visit pay, a $250 referral bonus, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.
• Ability to provide services as an independent contractor.
• Home health experience is welcome but not required; onboarding support available.

Responsibilities

• Perform speech-language pathology evaluations, reassessments, treatments, and discharges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Provide therapy for aphasia, dysarthria, dysphagia, and other communication or swallowing difficulties.
• Help patients improve memory, attention, problem-solving, and functional communication.
• Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation.

What You'll Do:
