Job summary

Qualifications

• Hawaii license as SLP is required.
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and insurance as required by Hawaii law.
• Driver’s abstract or evidence of good driving record.
• Current BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a progressive rehabilitation program for home patients.
• Serves as case manager and supervises home health aides when appropriate.
• Screens, diagnoses, and treats or consults for speech, cognition, and swallowing disorders.
