Job summary

Amedisys is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to assess and treat adults with speech, language, cognitive communication, and swallowing disorders in home health settings across the Southeast Valley area (Tempe, Mesa, Apache Junction, Gilbert, Chandler, and surrounding communities).

The role requires CCC-SLP, active state license, CPR certification, and offers a flexible, PRN or part-time day schedule with mileage reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice speech pathology in the assigned state.
• Current CCC-SLP credential with completed graduate coursework and CFY/clinical practicum.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Prevent, assess, diagnose and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in adults.
• Provide aural rehabilitation and AAC support for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
