Qualifications

• Experience in home health care is preferred.
• Must demonstrate competency in required skills biannually.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech pathology services in line with the doctor's treatment plan.
• Assess patient’s functioning level and develop/revise care plans.
• Record patient's reactions and report changes in condition.
• Instruct and advise patients and families on speech pathology.
• Recommends hearing tests when necessary.
