Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Home health experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders.
- Provide therapy focused on communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders.
- Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to improve functional outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Complete Medicare OASIS documentation as required.
- Document visits efficiently using AI-assisted tools.
