Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist, SLP, for full-time home health visits in the North Boston Senior Living office. This role serves clients in Essex County and parts of Middlesex County, working within a multidisciplinary team to provide rehabilitative care at home.

Qualified candidates will hold a Massachusetts SLP license, be ASHA CCC eligible or certified, and have or be pursuing the required supervised experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Massachusetts.
• ASHA CCC or equivalent, or in process toward certification.
• Experience with or pursuing required supervised practice for CCC.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories (Essex County and parts of Middlesex County).
• Perform evaluations and provide therapy for speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and independence.
• Document observations and interventions in an EMR on a tablet.
