Adoration Health in Glasgow, KY is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our home health team. You will deliver patient-centered therapy in the patient’s home, focusing on communication and swallowing goals.

We offer part-time or PRN schedules, flexible hours, and a supportive team with opportunities for growth and ongoing education. Licensed SLP in Kentucky with BLS/CPR is required.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• A minimum of one year of work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current, unrestricted license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the practicing state.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Communicate with patients to evaluate speech or language needs and determine continued therapy.
• Teach patients how to produce sounds and improve voice quality.
• Teach alternative communication methods, such as sign language, when needed.
• Educate and guide healthcare team members and caregivers to support progress outside therapy sessions.
• Document progress and clinical notes and submit visit documentation per policy.
