Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve Albemarle, NC. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling, independent work with team support, and meaningful, patient-centered care in a home health setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current, unrestricted state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 home health Speech Language Pathology services to patients.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders.
• Teach communication methods and strategies to patients and families.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate therapy and progress notes.
• Document progress and complete required visit documentation.
