Job summary

Adoration Health, part of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a compassionate Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to join our Centre, AL team.

You will deliver 1:1 patient care in home settings, evaluate speech and language needs, teach sounds and voice techniques, and support alternative communication methods.

Work with a supportive team and flexible PRN schedule, with opportunities for growth and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current, unrestricted license as an SLP in the practicing state.
• Current BLS or CPR certification according to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients to evaluate speech or language levels and determine therapy needs.
• Teach patients how to produce sounds and improve speech/voice.
• Instruct alternative communication methods (e.g., sign language) as needed.
• Educate and guide healthcare teammates and caregivers in therapeutic exercises for progress.
• Document progress and submit visit notes per agency policy.
