Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Uses automated scheduling to maintain a service calendar for episodic and per-visit patients.
• Processes workflow for requested, missed, rescheduled, reassigned, declined, and delivered visits.
• Monitors referrals daily and assigns licensed professionals for start of care visits.
