Diamond Care Group is seeking a detail-oriented scheduler to join our home health team in Lakeland, Florida. The role coordinates clinician schedules, ensures visits align with physician plans of care, and monitors for delays or missed visits.

You will manage insurance verification, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and provide excellent patient service while collaborating with providers to coordinate care. Familiarity with EMR systems like Kinnser or Welsky is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a scheduler, preferably in a home health setting.
• Proficient with EMR systems such as Kinnser/Welsky.
• Excellent data entry accuracy and clerical skills.
• Strong communication with patients and clinicians.
• Able to handle last-minute changes and staffing emergencies.
