Job summary

Elara Caring seeks a Special Care Attendant to deliver compassionate care at patients' homes. You will help with daily activities, safety, and health tasks, coordinating with the care team and reporting to the Care Team Supervisor.

Required is a High School diploma or GED (preferred) with care experience; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also needed. Eligible employees gain a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in their homes as part of Elara Caring's care team.
• Support patients and families with daily activities and health tasks.
• Report to the Care Team Supervisor and coordinate with the care team.
