This full-time weekend position offers autonomous patient care in homes, with a $10,000 first-year sign-on bonus and opportunities for ongoing rewards as you grow with our AHN Healthcare@Home team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient homes.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you

• Perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning

• Educate and empower patients and families on disease management and treatment plans so they feel confident, informed, and cared for

• Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation

• Work independently, but never alone

• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

RN Qualifications
