Maxim Healthcare in Orlando is hiring a Registered Nurse to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes in Kissimmee, FL, for Full-time work with Ventilator Experience. Salary: $32 - $35 / per hour.

Ask about the SIGN-ON BONUS! The RN will provide in-home nursing care, follow plan of care, administer medications, monitor patient progress, and coordinate education and discharge planning with the care team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the applicable state
• Current health certificate
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Current BLS card
• One year of hands-on nursing experience
• Proficient in English

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in home settings
• Initiates the plan of care and updates based on patient status
• Incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions
• Responds to changes in patient condition and reports to physician or supervisor
• Administers medications and documents effectiveness
• Reviews care plans and coordinates education and discharge planning
