Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to perform non-medical, in-home assessments for elderly clients in the St. Cloud area. Assessments take 30-60 minutes at the client's home, with drive time and time conducting the assessment paid at $60/hour. Flexible schedule; weekends available; 8am–8pm shifts.

Active Minnesota RN license is REQUIRED. Assessments must be completed within 3-5 calendar days of notification. TB skin test required if not current.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN license is REQUIRED.
• Familiarity with in‑home non‑medical assessments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-medical, in‑home assessments for elderly clients in the St. Cloud area.
• Assessments take 30‑60 minutes at the client’s home.
• Fill out health care assessment documents.
• Complete assessments within 3–5 calendar days of notification.
• Coordinate and drive to client locations with paid drive time.
