Memorial Home Services in Springfield, IL is seeking a Supervisor – Home Health – Clinical Operations to plan, coordinate, and supervise the clinical team. The role includes orientation, ongoing staff development, and direct patient care as needed, with 24/7 accountability for care quality.

Ideal candidates hold an IL RN license (BSN preferred), CPR, and at least two years of home health experience, plus supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in the State of IL.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must possess a valid IL driver’s license and acceptable MVR per fleet policy.
• Minimum two years of home health experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Participation in Memorial Health Leadership Development Institute encouraged.
• Strong assessment, leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates program development and day-to-day clinical operations.
• Directly responsible for orientation, supervision and evaluation of clinical staff.
• Provides direct patient care of patients of all ages as needed.
• Maintains 24-hour accountability for patient care by the team.
• Promotes staff development and education and informs Clinical Manager/Director of operations.
