Job summary

Memorial Health in Illinois is seeking a Supervisor - Home Health - Clinical Operations to plan and coordinate program development and oversee the clinical team. The role includes orientation, supervision, and evaluation of staff, with direct patient care as needed.

The position requires an IL nursing license, CPR, and at least two years in home health, plus supervisory experience. On-site duties and leadership development are emphasized.

Qualifications

Education

• BSN preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registry

• Current license to practice professional nursing in the State of IL.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must possess a valid IL driver’s license and must be deemed as an acceptable driver in accordance with the MHS fleet safety policy (five year MVR will be required)

Experience

• Minimum two years of home health experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Ongoing participation in Memorial Health Leadership Development Institute.
• Demonstrates strong assessment of skills/clinical expertise as per performance appraisal or letters of recommendation.
• Strong leadership and organization skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrates ability with problem solving and decision making to develop innovative approaches to changing home care environment.
• Universal precautions category I.
• Moderate physical effort.

Pay Transparency $34.39 - $53.30

• Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role.
