McLaren Health Care in Michigan seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide in-home skilled nursing care and health counseling under supervision of the Clinical Services Supervisor. You will assess patients during initial visits, plan and implement care, and educate patients and families according to the physician's plan.

Requirements include a valid Michigan RN license, 1–2 years of med/surg or specialty area experience, and a valid driver's license with appropriate auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Michigan.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of med/surg, critical care or specialty area experience.
• Valid driver’s license and maintain auto insurance per McLaren policy.

Responsabilités

• Initiates skilled nursing care and patient teaching per plan of care.
• Makes initial home visit to assess physical and emotional status, needs, resources.
• Develops nursing plan of care with physician guidance and provides education.
