Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking experienced Home Health RNs for 13-week contracts in Macon, Georgia and surrounding areas. Positions are paid hourly with designated territory coverage and 30 units of weekly productivity.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of recent home health experience, an active Georgia RN license, BLS, and Electronic Charting experience. Travel or local options available along with strong support from SHC.

Qualifications

• Electronic Charting experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify).
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• Current Georgia RN license required.
• Valid U.S. Driver's license required.
• OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Electronic Charting experience
• Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
• Current Georgia RN License
• American Heart Association BLS
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
• 13-week contract
• SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
• Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage
• Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
• Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits
