Qualifications

• Electronic charting experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify).
• Current Georgia RN license.
• American Heart Association BLS.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• 13-week contract.
• SHC pays by the hour, not by the visit.
• Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage.
• Average weekly productivity is 30 units.
• Experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits required.

Qualifications:

• Electronic Charting experience
