Supplemental Health Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced Home Health RN for contracts in Dahlonega, GA and surrounding areas. If you have Medicare-certified visits experience, you could join SHC's team to provide patient-centered in-home care.

Job Description

Supplemental Health Care is hiring experienced RNs with recent Medicare-certified visits experience for home health contracts in Dahlonega, Georgia and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience
• Electronic Charting experience
• Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
• Current Georgia RN License
• American Heart Association BLS
• Valid U.S. Driver's License

Home Health RN Contract Details

• $1,978 - $2,153 per week*
• 13-week contract
• SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
• Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage
• Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
• Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits
