Job summary

Varco Home Health in Texas is seeking a PRN registered nurse to provide one-on-one in-home care with flexible hours and autonomy.

You will perform in-home patient assessments, develop and follow care plans, provide skilled nursing (wound care, meds, catheter care), educate patients and caregivers, and maintain timely documentation. A strong clinical judgment and clean driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license
• Home health or acute care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
• Kinnser/WellSky experience (preferred)
