Best Home Health Providers Inc. is seeking a per diem RN to support Bay Area patients, focusing on OASIS documentation, ICD-10 coding, and regulatory compliance. The role offers field-based, in-person visits with potential to convert to full-time based on performance.

Active California RN license, 1–2 years home health, and strong attention to documentation are required; COS-C certification is a plus. Per diem pay is $110–$130 per visit, with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Active California RN license in good standing.
• 1–2 years of clinical home health experience.
• Working knowledge of OASIS assessments and ICD-10 coding.
• Knowledge of federal regulations and state licensure requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Review OASIS assessments for completeness and compliance.
• Ensure accurate ICD-10 coding and sequencing.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve documentation issues.
• Monitor visit utilization and flag risks or underutilization.
• Participate in Quality Improvement and Compliance activities.
• Stay current with best practices through ongoing education.
