Job summary

Missouri Slope At-Home is seeking an RN Manager to provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing services, client care, training, and infection prevention. The role includes coordinating care planning, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising staff to maintain high-quality, person-centered care across home-based services.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of North Dakota.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Preference given to applicants with experience in home-based or elder care and in areas such as client assessment, care planning, training, competency evaluation, infection prevention, quality improvement, or regulatory compliance.
• Ability to obtain Qualified Service Provider (QSP) Nurse Educator qualifications, including CNA training requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to travel to client homes and other locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of nursing services and client care.
• Assess clients' needs, changes in condition, and coordinate interventions and follow-up.
• Assist with admissions, service planning, scheduling, and care coordination.
• Develop and update individualized client care plans and medical information with adherence to regulations and policies.
• Monitor client conditions and communicate significant changes and incidents to relevant parties.
• Maintain confidential documentation in electronic health records and required records.
