Adoration Health in Sikeston, MO is seeking a Home Health RN Clinical Manager to lead a team of nurses and clinicians delivering high-quality, in-home care. This in-office role Monday through Friday offers autonomy in clinical decision-making within a collaborative leadership environment and a path for professional growth.

You will oversee care plans, quality initiatives, and staff performance while ensuring compliance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Active RN license in state of practice and residence.
• At least two years clinical experience, with at least one year in a home health management/supervisory role.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to use company documentation systems.
• Strong communication with all levels of personnel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quarterly quality improvement meetings and oversee improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Branch Director on quality improvement activities and corrective actions.
• Oversee surveys/audits related to quality of care and KPIs with operations leadership.
• Complete documentation and chart reviews to identify variances in care and performance.
• Hold case conferences to ensure oversight of care and service coordination.
• Develop and enforce performance improvement action plans; coach staff.
• Ensure staff evaluations are fair and timely per procedures.
