Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Bluffton, SC seeks a licensed professional to administer skilled home health care to patients in their homes. The role requires CPR certification, a state license, and at least one year of experience.

You will collaborate with patients, families, and physicians, adhere to the plan of care, and utilize mobile devices to document care and communicate progress. This opportunity includes strong benefits, ongoing development, and career advancement support.

Competenze

• Must be graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
