Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring to provide skilled home health services and compassionate care. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible clinicians who join our team and support patients in the community.

Responsibilities include administering skilled care, educating patients and families, and following physician orders within the plan of care. A current state license, valid driving status, and at least one year of licensure experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
