Job summary

Adoration Health in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team. The role involves delivering patient-centered home health care on a full-time basis, with 36 hours per week and a $10K sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include one-to-one patient care, care plan development, administering treatments, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support patients and families in their homes.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice and state of residence is required
• One year nursing practice in patient care setting required; home health or geriatrics preferred
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and driving record in accordance with policy
• New graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 home health nursing care
• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs
• Develop and implement home health care plans per MD orders
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions
• Educate and support patients and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate documentation
• On-call rotation as required by local branch
