Job summary

The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is hiring Registered Nurses in the Greenacres 33413 area to provide in‑home patient care.

As an RN, you will perform physical assessments, determine home care needs, and develop and implement plans of care using VNA's case management model. Starting rate is $45.00 per hour with night shifts 11pm–8am, seven days a week and some weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Trach, Vent, and G-tube experience required.
• ICU experience preferred.
• Night shifts 11pm–8am; 7 days a week; some weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical assessments and determine home care needs.
• Develop and implement plans of care in the patient’s home.
• Collaborate with referral sources and healthcare team to meet patient needs.
