Job summary

Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) seeks Registered Nurses to serve patients in the Palm City area, providing in-home care and assessments. You will collaborate with healthcare referrals to tailor care plans and ensure safe, effective home health services.

Starting rate is $45.00 per hour with shifts including days, evenings, and some weekends; ICU experience is preferred and one year of clinical experience is required. Interviews are available within 24 hours.

Qualifications

• 7 days a week scheduling requirement.
• Dayshifts 12pm–7pm or Nights 11pm–5am.
• Trach/Vent and GTube experience.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience.
• ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical assessments and determine patient home care needs.
• Develop and implement plan of care for each patient using VNA of Florida's case management model.
• Coordinate with referral sources to implement services in patients' homes.

The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 50 year old home health agency that is growing and looking to hireRegistered Nurses (RN) in Palm City area.

As anRN, you will work with referral sources from the healthcare community to implement services to meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes. You will be responsible for completing physical assessments and determine any patient home care needs, assist in developing and implementing that plan of care for each patient while using VNA of Florida's case management model.

Starting rate $45.00 an hour

Requirements

• 7 days a week
• Available Dayshifts 12pm-7pm
• Available Nightshifts 11pm- 5am
• Trach/Vent and GTube experience
• Some Weekend Availability
• Must have a minimum of 1-year Clinical Experience
• ICU Experience preferred
