Job summary

The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide in-home care in the Greenacres area. You will perform physical assessments, determine patient home care needs, and develop and implement the plan of care using our case management model.

Starting rate is $45 per hour with night shift coverage (11pm–8am), seven days a week and some weekends. Must have at least 1 year of clinical experience, Trach/Vent and GTube experience; ICU experience is preferred. EOE/DFW

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical home health experience.
• Trach/Vent and GTube experience required.
• ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments in patients' homes.
• Assess home care needs and develop an individualized plan of care.
• Collaborate with referral sources and the care team.
• Educate patients and families to support continuity of care.

The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 50 year old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire Registered Nurses (RN) in Greenacres 33413 area.

As an RN, you will work with referral sources from the healthcare community to implement services to meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes. You will be responsible for completing physical assessments and determine any patient home care needs, assist in developing and implementing that plan of care for each patient while using VNA of Florida's case management model.

Starting rate $45.00 an hour

Requirements

• Available night shift 11pm- 8am
• 7 days a week
• Some weekend availability
• Must have a minimum of 1-year Clinical Experience
• Trach/Vent and GTube experience
• ICU Experience preferred
