Job summary

Compassionate Hands Home Care LLC is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide quality home health services to clients referred to the agency. The RN will apply the nursing process, follow agency policies, and meet state and federal requirements for Medicare/Medicaid home health programs.

The role involves supervising Personal Care Aides, STNAs and CNAs, performing initial visits, and updating the plan of care in collaboration with physicians and the care team.

Qualifications

• Valid RN License required.
• CPR and First Aid or BLS certification.
• Background checks (BCI and/or FBI) required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Personal Care Aides, STNAs and CNAs.
• Make initial visits to the patient and every 6 months thereafter per the plan of care.
• Demonstrate competency in all skills required for the agency.
• Evaluate patient needs and update the plan of care accordingly.
