You will supervise aides and licensed staff, ensure high-quality care, and collaborate with families to maintain continuity of patient care and optimize outcomes across the home health experience.

Competenze

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of Washington.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

Mansioni

• Provide and direct nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician.
• Coordinate total plan of care with health care professionals and family.
• Supervise home health aides and licensed nurses; provide instruction and assignments.
