Job summary

AccentCare is hiring an RN Field Nurse for Home Health in Renton, WA. This full-time role covers King County and surrounding areas, with a schedule Monday–Friday. You will assess patients, develop and modify care plans, and mentor CHHAs/CNAs to deliver quality home health services.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the state.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess nursing needs and implement the individualized patient care plan.
• Evaluate and revise the care plan and document patient care.
• Promote and maintain optimal client care; diagnose and treat health issues as needed.
• Initiate the initial nursing evaluation visit and re-evaluate as required.
• Supervise and teach other clinical personnel and provide guidance.
