Competenze

• Current, unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations and settings.

• Provide and direct nursing care to home patients per physician orders.
• Coordinate total plan of care with the care team and family.
• Complete nursing assessments per program requirements and payer needs.
• Ensure eligibility and medical necessity for services per policy.
• Develop and revise care plans with other providers.
