Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed professional to provide skilled home health care in the Idaho Falls area. You will administer intermittent professional services, educate patients and families, and perform tasks per the physician’s plan of care.

Must hold an active state license, have at least one year of licensed experience, and possess basic tech skills including a mobile device. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed to practice in the state where employed.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed professional.
• Basic technology skills including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
