Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking qualified nurses to administer skilled care to patients at home, teaching patients and families, and following physicians' orders and the plan of care.

Candidates must graduate from an approved school of clinical education, be licensed in Idaho, have at least one year of licensed professional experience, and possess basic technology skills including mobile devices; Medicare/home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with a review and approval from the regional vice president or regional director.
• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
