Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, implements, and revises the plan of care in collaboration with the physician and other health care professionals.
• Supervises care provided by home health aides and licensed practical nurses, provides instruction, and assigns tasks according to regulations.
• Provides supervisory visits and ensures documentation meets policy and payer requirements.
