Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician.
• Coordinate total plan of care with other health care professionals.
• Supervise home health aides and licensed nurses per regulations.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
