Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed professional to provide intermittent skilled nursing care in patients' homes across Alabama. You will educate patients and families while following physician orders and the plan of care to ensure high-quality home-based care.

The role requires an active state license, CPR certification, and at least one year of nursing experience. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also necessary for patient visits.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team. Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
