Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed professional to administer skilled care to patients in the home setting within Alabama. You will educate patients and families and follow the physician’s orders and care plan to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires at least one year of licensed experience, a valid license, and reliable transportation. CPR certification and mobile technology proficiency are preferred prerequisites for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services. Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team. Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
