Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed professional to provide intermittent skilled care in patients' homes within Alabama. You will educate patients and families and coordinate with the health care team under the physician’s plan of care.

Applicants should have an approved clinical education, an active license, CPR certification, and at least one year of licensed experience; motor vehicle readiness is required for travel between visits.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Education and experience, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
