Mederi Caretenders, part of the LHC Group and Optum family, seeks a Registered Nurse for home health in Florida. You will deliver and direct nursing care in patients' homes, coordinating with physicians and the care team to ensure continuity and quality, while meeting regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include care planning, supervising aides and licensed nurses, conducting OASIS-related assessments, and maintaining compliant documentation.

Competenze

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to function in any home situation without discrimination.

Mansioni

• Provide and direct nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician.
• Coordinate total plan of care with other health care professionals involved in care.
• Supervise home health aides and licensed nurses and provide guidance per regulations.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and document visits per policy and payer requirements.
• Participate in on-call and weekend rotation and contribute to quality improvement.
