Job summary

Mederi Caretenders, part of the LHC Group and Optum family, is hiring a Registered Nurse for home health in Florida. You will provide direct nursing care in patients' homes under physician orders, coordinate care plans, and ensure compliance with laws and agency policies.

Responsibilities include supervising home health aides, completing OASIS assessments, documenting visits, and participating in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice (Florida)
• Reliable vehicle or access to transportation
• Ability to perform home health nursing duties in patients' homes

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct nursing care in patients' homes as prescribed by physician
• Coordinate total plan of care with health care professionals
• Supervise home health aides and licensed practical nurses, provide instruction
• Complete OASIS assessments and accurate documentation
• Participate in on-call and weekend rotation as needed
