Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide focused patient care in Mustang and surrounding west side of the OKC metro. You’ll assess, educate, and manage care with a dedicated team of LPNs, aides, and therapists.

Full-time and part-time options are available with per-visit pay ($40 and $35 respectively), plus SOC/ROC/Recertification fees, mileage reimbursement, and options for a salaried role.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma or compact RN license.
• Home health experience preferred; strong clinical nurses from any setting encouraged to apply.
• OASIS knowledge a plus.
• CPR, valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
• Self-directed and organized.

Responsibilities

• Visit home health patients for assessments, wound care, medication management and chronic disease care.
• Handle admissions and OASIS and help build the plan of care.
• Lean on a care team of LPNs, aides, therapists and office staff.
• Educate patients and families so they can stay safely at home.
• Coordinate with physicians and chart in our EMR.
